Drummers DNA Program – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Drummers DNA Program! Before participating, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Drummers DNA Program is a 10-week structured learning experience designed to improve your drumming skills. By enrolling in the program, you agree to fully participate in the scheduled activities, lessons, and practices.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least [insert age] years old to enroll in the program. If you are under the age of [insert age], parental or guardian consent is required.

3. Program Fees

- The total cost of the program is $1500 USD, payable in advance or via [installments if applicable].

- Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in section 7 (Refund Policy).

4. Commitment and Attendance

- The program consists of weekly lessons and assignments.

- Participants are expected to commit to attending all scheduled sessions.  If the student has a conflict with the scheduled date and time then the student must notify the instructor 7 days prior to the lesson to reschedule the lesson that same week of the conflict.  No lessons will be given after 13 weeks of the start date.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

- Respect the instructor and the learning environment.

- Avoid disruptive behavior during sessions.

- Adhere to the rules set forth by the instructor for smooth and productive sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided during the program, including but not limited to video lessons, PDFs, and audio files, are the intellectual property of daveprevi.com. They are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

7. Refund Policy

- Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  - If you withdraw from the program before it starts, you may receive a 50% refund.

  - No refunds will be issued after the start of the program, except in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), at the discretion of the program facilitator.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in the Drummers DNA Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Drumming may involve physical activity, and you are responsible for ensuring you are in appropriate physical condition to participate.

- daveprevi.com is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during enrollment will be used solely for program administration and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued participation in the program will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
